Tomorrow is Great Beer Experiment launch party, we will be hosting hopefully about 100 people, explaining the theory, trying some of the beer and doing a brew. And with a bit of luck stimulating some well lubricated discussion on the subject.

Saw the story about the Beer Experiment on the BBC website and cheered. The photo of you two looked as though you were about to pop with delight.
Sorry we couldn’t come over and celebrate the brew, but hope to see you some time after Pete comes back from his trip.

We are not having fun at all. Billy and I almost fell out in writing the article – I never realized how pedantic he really is!
Pity you couldn’t make it over. If you get a chance after Christmas we’d be happy to do a special brew.
We’re thinking of making the Great Beer Experiment an annual Headford Hot Rock Ale Boutique Festival. With experimental archaeology demonstrations and beer and craft brewers and lot’s of other stuff.
